Just a friendly reminder, to everyone that even though you're in college, good hygiene is still needed. Hygiene affects personal health, social interactions, and academic performance. Here are some key hygiene practices to incorporate into your routine. Daily showering, especially after workouts or long days. The products used vary from person to person depending on skin needs.
For anyone with hair, only wash your hair when it starts to get oily. Hair gets brittle and dry if washed too often and don’t forget to use deodorant and lotion afterwards. Oral Care is essential, make sure to brush your teeth at least twice a day and floss regularly. Everyone, remember to wash your hands.
Do it frequently with soap and water, especially before eating and after using the restroom. Carrying a hand sanitizer is a good idea. Now for an honorary mention… wash your clothes! Regularly, especially undergarments and workout clothes. If you don’t know how, ask as a friend or Google it. And remember these are the basics. There is so much more you can do, so please do It. Your roommates appreciate it.
