Snow Pool Party

Snow College has always been able to find fun activities for students to participate in and recently at the Horne Activity Center there was yet another.

On February 4, the student body threw a Pool Party for students to enjoy themselves as well as interact and have a good time getting to know people. There were plenty of games and competitions for all wanting to participate.

The party started at 7 pm and went until 9. When students entered the pool area, they were welcomed with warm smiles and friendly personalities from the student body officers. The SBOs shared that they hosted this event, “To help college students connect, and have fun, and not sit around in their apartments”.

To make it even more compelling, the pool party had a soda bar where students got to customize their favorite sodas or lemonade. Each drink was filled with great combinations of soda pop and syrups.

The party was filled with students playing all sorts of games.

It featured one of Snow’s all time favorite games, Nine Square, and multiple students doing stylish dives from the high diving board.

There were also competitions throughout the party, all of which had prizes for the winners. The first, while sounding a little painful but no doubt the most entertaining for the night, was the belly-flopping contest. Many students participated but it was Brekken Cranny who walked out with the grand prize.

Just another night of fun from the campus of Snow College.
